It's a good start to make a commitment to actually want to write proper English.
Use proper capitilisation and don't abbreviate words.

1. To learn a language you need to use it.
2. Don't bother too much about grammar when you speak focus on the message.(Emphasis must be put on fluency.)
3. When writing give free vent to ideas generation, brainstorming... before you actually start writing. Then, write your first draft. The last step is editing and writing the final draft.
4. Use a good dictionary and grammar book to learn usage. ( To use the language accurately)
I hope these tips will help you...

You can listen to famous speeches while reading them.
And you can listen to songs while reading the lyrics. Songs might not have the best grammar, but it's good practice anyway.
Then try to sing or speak along with both and have others give you feedback.

Or you can write down things that you might say at work and practice writing them and speaking them over and over, then get feedback.

Read - a lot. It helps your vocabulary incredibly. And listen more than you speak - it has the added benefit that you'll become insanely popular.

Courses won't help you when you refuse to use proper English in your day to day life.

If it were me, I would go on YouTube. Find some famous speeches or songs then look up the lyrics/words in Google and follow along (out loud). Just to get started. From there, I'd get more technical and start reading and writing.
