Looking for a business partner

Hi,

I am looking for a business partner. Business: Online business, whatever we can think off.

Why am I looking for a business partner:

Because I am great at keeping commitments to other people, but suck at keeping commitments to myself.

Because at times I need a push and at times I want to pull.

To talk and brainstorm ideas and make them even better!

Because 2 know more then 1 and learning together would be a great and fun experience.

What type of business am I thinking about:

Online business.

Websites with info / blogs

Writing ebooks and selling them.

Maybe selling courses on various subjects (online) such as how to have a successful relationship, sales, sexual issues etc.

Maybe selling physical products via an online store.

My interests:

Relationships

Common sense in daily life

Sexual issues

Sales (and mainly the psychology behind it)

Spiritual issues (but I'm not a guru, nor do I want to be)

Books (reading and writing)

And probably some more things that I cannot think of now.. I have a very broad interest in plenty of things.


What can I offer:

Time = I have a commission based job at the moment where I hardly do anything for the moment

Enthusiasm = I love being online but I also love having new ideas, thinking about new plans and starting them.

Writing skills = I am a reasonable good writer, both in English and in Dutch (although the aim would be English, simply because it is a bigger market).

Creativity = at any given moment I have a zillion ideas floating in my head, and I am great at thinking out side of the box.

Basic internet skills = I'm good with most basic programs and know that anything that I don't know, I can learn.

Who I am looking for:

Somebody who is enthusiastic.

Someone with ambition. The sky is the limit and we can breach the limit

Who feels they could get along with me, based on my posts here (latest ones.. I've changed since my first posts )

It could be that you have great internet marketing skills but lack creativity.

Or you are in the same boat as me, and doing it all alone just seems too much.

Skills wise, you don't have to be an internet wizard, but basic skills (knowing what a browser is, what SEO is (even if you don't understand how to apply it exactly, neither do I), what a blog is... etc.

Committed. You don't have to spend 24/7 working on it, but when we agree on a deadline we both do everything possible to make that deadline happen.

My proposal:

It can come in any form and shape, but I am leaning towards 50/50. In profit as well as in expenses.

Another option is to each have our own projects but help and support each other where possible.

Of course... if you want to do 50/50 for some projects and keep other projects "private" no problem as well!


Anybody interested? Or know anybody who might be interested?

Just a thought that popped in my head... we could even do this in a group... maybe 3 or 4 people working together could work as well... hmmm this is just a brainstorming idea, but if there are ideas out there, I'd love to hear them!

Welcome to these forums! I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun here, it is a great place!

I'll think about starting a thread about it. I'm not so sure... I'll think about it though.
