Looking for Mastermind Group Members

Hi, my name is Jesse (blog: jesselovesyou.com) and I'm looking for 1 or 2 motivated web entrepreneurs to join my mastermind group. As I move further and further out of the "get a job" world and further into internet marketing, the number of real-life friends who share my common interests is dwindling. I'm looking for people who share my values and have experience that will create a mutually beneficial relationship. You might call this a "friendship", but it is NOT a business partnership. I am looking for mastermind-type support in order to become more efficient at manifesting my intentions and helping others manifest theirs (Why Some People Are Better Manifesters Than Others). This is the primary and sole purpose of the mastermind group. I want to keep the mastermind limited to 2 or 3 people because it will be more efficient. The group should preferably meet on Skype, but by-phone discussions are fine.

What I Can Offer You
If you join my group, I can offer you the following:
1) Experience. I have read dozens of books on Internet Marketing over the last several months, and I have a pretty good idea what will and will not work online. I also have good sales skills and a healthy dose of common sense.
2) Social Support. Very few people out there are going to support you in your gambit to free yourself from wage slavery. But I'm different, and will gladly offer whatever psychological or social support you need to keep your motivation levels high and your attitude positive. I'm hoping that by providing you support, you will also provide me the same support. It's important to "get out of your head" and have another person understand you. It's also important to know you're not alone on this journey.
3) Intention Manifestation. Most people call this good old-fashioned feedback. This entails two things: a) I can tell you whether you're congruent with the intentions you're trying to manifest, and help you identify goals that might be a better fit for you. b) I can give you instantaneous feedback on what you're doing to let you know the strengths and weaknesses. Critical thinking is the default state of my mind.

My Experience
I've been reading marketing books and literature since February of this year. I am speed reader, which means I read about 4 times faster than most people. I've got a pile of books by Michael Masterson, Jay Abraham, Michael Gerber, etc. etc. etc. I'm starting to "get" how the business game works. I've recently started buying information products and reading the Warrior Forum. I just recently joined a membership website that has a pretty thorough "system" set up for niche marketing. I'm at the point where I don't really need to read these materials any more - I've committed a lot of the basics to memory, and I'm ready to actually start creating and delivering content in a powerful way. Right now, I'm doing marketing research for several niche websites. I am looking for people who are VERY close to taking the entrepreneurial plunge and have enough experience to take the leap without having to rely on other people to guide them through the process. I would prefer that you intend to go full-time internet-marketing at some point in the future.

My Values
I speak my mind literally on my blog. I value hard work, financial independence, intelligence, cunning, competition, power, and advancement. I am a very "real" person. I dislike being on an equal power relationship to "wage slaves" - it's fine if I'm bossing them around, but not if they have any power over me. I am "all business", which means no fluff, no puff, no BS. I'm very frank and to-the-point. If we talk and I believe your ideas will or won't work, I will share my opinion openly and without censorship. I hope that the courtesy will be returned. I am VERY strongly aligned with "truth" and having an accurate view of reality. Business ideas either work or they don't, so it's nice to work out the kinks before money and time are at stake. I do not believe in coddling the weak, and I have no time for sympathy, philanthropy, or unfocused philosophizing. The business world does not take kindly to the weak or dabblers, and neither do I.

I want to expand the size of the group, and set up bi-weekly meeting times. I like the idea of it being a "serious social club" in which we can connect and strengthen our beliefs in ourselves and our ability to succeed at internet marketing!

We're got 3 rock-solid members now who are starting blogs and other projects in order to make money online.

We need 3 more and we're set and ready to go with the Mastermind. I'm still in the process of interviewing people for the group. We'll probably meet on Sunday afternoons, and 1-on-1 as needed.

Hmmm, this is interesting. I read your post, but I'm still not sure what the purpose of the group is entirely yet. It sounds like you're wanting a support group of people to bounce ideas off of for marketing purposes and other website issues that we face right?

I'd be interested in that. However, I don't have Skype and I'm not extremely crazy about doing the phone conversations thing.

What I CAN offer, however, would be a space on my website where I could set up some private forums for the group where we could discuss these issues in a medium that doesn't require us all to be there at the same time (Sunday afternoon I have my kids, so that'd be a bad time for me as well). I could also offer to put up links to the group's sits on my homepage for more exposure if reciprocal links for my site are given (give a little, get a little kinda thing).

I have some experience with running web forums (both phpbb and vbulletin). I'm not a coding guru by any means, but I've learned enough to putter around with it and keep it functional and fairly secure.

I love the idea of mastermind groups and I commend your leadership skills in taking the initiative to set this up. I have leveraged mastermind groups to make some major things happen in my life. It is an awesome strategy for success.

I cannot be a part of your group as my time commitments are totally tapped but I would like to hear about your progress as you grow your group. Maybe create a thread to post your results!
