I'm finding it really hard to find good developers that can help me out with some projects. I'm now talking more on a LOA level, how to find some reliable, nice developers to work with, that communicate with me in a timely manner and is on the same level as me, don't make broken promise, have the same mentality as me. I don't want to to all this sifting through the crap business. Why wont a nice developer with the skills I need come to me? |
