I'm looking for a tool to host an online quiz that I've made about people's organizational styles. I'll want to link to my quiz from my blog/website and possibly from Facebook ads. Does anyone know of a reliable tool for building and hosting a quiz? I'm finding this difficult to research because a lot of my googling turns up sites that look questionable unfortunately. TIA for any ideas!

Google docs is a great tool.

That's a neat idea Brutha. Can Google docs calculate someone's results though? None of the templates I looked at seem to have something like that built in. What I'm looking to do structure-wise is have people answer questions, then depending on their responses, they will get slotted into one of about sixteen organizational "types." So it's basically a personality test I want to host. There are some applications for this on Facebook, but what I'm having trouble gauging is whether any of them are doing any data-harvesting.
