Default I want to start a fashion line... I think =)

So... I dunno... I'm not a business person I don't think. I'm quite scientifically oriented and at times creative. I have a lot of great ideas for clothes but when I start to think about making a business it makes me nervous. I made a raw-food recipe book a couple years ago (when I was in a similar creative phase), however the book barely sold.

And so, I want to know whether people think I'll fail at business (since I'm not in it 100%). Should I just work for a company? I like the idea of having my own line and my own business, but I can't imagine taking on such a huge responsibility. Advice please?

My advice would be only start a business if you are passionate about it. Failure to put 100% into the company will result in a damp squid IMO
