Default Where would you invest 1000 euros if you had it?

Where would you invest 1000 euros if you had it?
I understand that's small money for starting any seriouse offline or online business, but I don't want to spend that money on my daily live too.
Hope to get your suggestions.
Thanks.

Do you have a major goal for your life?

My recommendation would be to invest your 1000 EUR on something that helps you move towards that goal as quickly as possible.

As far as I'm concerned, when you invest in yourself and your ultimate goals/passions, it is always money well spent!

Good luck
Justin

Justin, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I have a few goals in my unhappy life. My 1st goal, building a passive income. If i reach that goal, it gives me the chance to focus on my main life's dream.

You only have 1000 euro's ?

In that case I would put it into an emergency fund, so that you are still ok when some shitty thing happens..

If it is free for you to spend, I would buy a ton of books and/or get some coaching in an area that is relevant to me.

Thanks for your answer.
I know that's small money to start own business, but 1000 euros is better than nothing. I already read many stories when people started their success business with 100 of bucks in their pockets.

Thanks for your suggestion about books.
I already read tons books of Great and not famouse autors and I'm sure it's a bad idea spending my grant of euros on books. Sorry, I'm not a school boy to buy tons of books.

I started mine with $600 and within two or three years it was doing over $250,000 in sales annually This thread brings tears of happiness to my eyes.

If I were you I would take 100 euros and invest it in yourself.

You could buy some good audio programs and a few good books on success, such as Jack Canfield's The Success Principles, which will have you thinking and feeling richer.

Take 100 euros and spend it on things that make you feel good; massage, clothes, date, whatever will have you feeling great.

Take 500 and invest it into whatever your major goal is.

Keep 200 on hand for reserve cash and put 100 into a savings account for investing.

You can do a lot with E1000.

If you're going to build a website, get a cheap host, build a wordpress site with a free theme, install all the SEO plugins, then

spend

A little on SEOed articles to use over the next few months (use elance)
A little on getting someone to link build for you
A little on advertising on a site in your niche

That'll pretty much guarantee you an adsense revenue of a few dollars a day. Reinvest that and within a year you'll have an awesome passive income.

Thank you for your suggestions. I real liked some of them.

I've had a site with my good friend. I earn some money on sales from the site. I only invested 20 USD in the site. I've been trying to promote our site with free methods. For example, I write articles and submit them at the site.
I'm just saying all this for your understanding that i'm not newbie in making money in Internet. I also earn some money at ebay and some other online sites.

I think my main problem, that i cannot focus on doing one thing during long time and i always try to seek new ways of earning.
My 2nd problem, i'm always afraid to invest any money into virtual stuff.

Sorry for my terrible English.

Tony, how much time had you been spending on that project? 2-16 hours a day.

If you are seeking to preserve it, I would invest in yourself by getting educated about your goal at your local library. You can rent a lot of books and stuff through the library. Keep learning until you feel you know enough so that if you started a business, it would be easy.

While you do this, you should get started in whatever kind of business you want to do for free. You don't need a website to practice writing. You can post ideas that would become blog posts here or on another, more appropriate forum for free. Once you are consistently getting good feedback from your articles, then you can start your own site no problem.

There are plenty of ways to get into what you want to do for free. Focus on those. Save the money as much as possible. Focus on getting educated, developing your skills, and especially developing your self. Start your business, keep the money saved, and if you do ever really need it for something, you have it available. But you shouldn't need too much to get started.

Remember, it takes time, money, and energy to start a business. The more you invest of one of the three, the less you have to invest the other two. I would focus on using your time and energy to start a business, and save the money until you really need it for some kind of purchase like a domain name, or hosting, or whatever.

Really, thank you for your suggestions. I'm thinking on your words.
Actually, i don't want to spend that money on questionable dealings, "i must hit the mark". But on the other hand, money must make more money and they shouldn't put aside.

P.S. Sorry for my English.

You should probably limit at most ~70 on a website if that's your objective. That's quite enough if made smart choices ( like not just following the first ad you read).

I don't think a web site will be that worth it unless you really have some good content to provide, don't expect just paying a couple of bucks will build you much passive income in that method. I think there is a point around 50 USDs in which the money you invest in a site stop making much difference unless it is for better hosting when you are already reaching your current caps...

300$ professional blog design
300$ to play around with some ads and see what works for you
400$ professional flyer / business cards / letterhead design for an offline business

then write some smart articles, network in your community and become a consultant for whatever. make sure you dress well and speak well and just go ahead if this is your cup of tea.

otherwise i would always have at least 1000 euro backup money.
