I have two websites ideas. If you tell me these ideas have been done.. I will still be very happy because I would really like to use them anyway!

First idea.

hypethatart.com

Okay Pretty much stealing the idea off the website LOOKBOOK.nu: collective fashion consciousness.
A fashion website where people post there styles then people hype them like digg.com

Only I havnt found a site that does this for art.
This would be very good for artist. As if your art is hyped enough it will get 1000s of views by people that are interested in it.

Second idea

twitterquote.com

This would be where you quote things people said on twitter and upload them. Just like any quotation site where you have categorys like "inspirational quotes" "religion quotes" ect. But the quotes are purely from twitter users. Theres loads of things people said on twitter that are better than what famous people have said. And really need to be shared more.

both these domains are available. Hopefully they still will be after I posted this thread

But yeah. I do have experience with making websites. Espshily with seo and getting the name out there.
But lots of things for these ideas I wouldnt be able to do. Like making the hype things.. and sign up.. ect.

Where can I find someone to set this up with that belives in the idea and wants to go 50/50. I dont just want to pay someone to make it for me. Just an genuine business partner that gets the idea.

You may try browsing some PHP programmer forums and asking anyone if they'd like to join up with you on your idea.

Think theres much risk of theft of idea? I guess if it was I would be kinda flattered. So that would be cool

There's always that risk, I guess, and nowadays if you have an idea on the Internet, chances are 10 other people have the idea as well. The success goes to the one who is able to put the idea into action and get the word out.
