I have a plan on a little ebook i will be selling for aroun 3-5 dollars.
The subject is a self watering bucket i made myself for optimal growth and thriving for small plants, it will also be upgradable to big plants.

What should i do?
I got all the steps for making it ready.
The things you need.
Some info.

But how do i make it into an ebook. preferably PDF? whats your views on the subject matter, what would be the best way to sell it without a domain and how should i approach the market with a new book. Whats good compiler and cover "maker"?

Have you looked into Clickbank yet? They offer ebooks for sale. You might want to look around there and see what others are offering and how they set up their sales pages and picture of their books.

Weird, i just came across yesterday and article on Ebooks, even when the thought never crossed my mind... For years I have thought about writting, so perhaps I will some day..

it could be a site for me. But atm im dead broke so a book about a ebook is not what i want :P

Why that price range?

Take lots of pictures to go with the step-by-step instructions.

You can put the ebook together using Word and export to .pdf easily.

I suggest raising your price by at least 500%. People who want to do this won't mind paying that much if your idea works.

If you absolutely don't want to set up a sales page for it, you could use e-junkie. ClickBank will require you to have a dedicated domain for your product. You could also look into just using paypal.

My only question is, why not put some effort into marketing this? You could possibly make a good profit if you can find ways to get the word out.

The idea is a little thing. it costs around 10-15 dollars to make. but im thinking of making alot of other small ebooks. thats why the price is so low.

It costs that much to make. How much is it worth? Two totally different things.

Does it save time? Is it cheaper to make one than to buy one? Does it save effort? These are values, and value earns money if done right.

Don't get me wrong, you can do whatever you want with your idea. But it may be a good enough idea to make a good second income off of. Just maybe. Finding out for sure would require some research, but if you're going to bother selling it at all, you may as well sell the hell out of it.
