Red face Breaking Into A Coder-For-Hire Forum, Sans Degree

I do not have a programming-degree, but I am self-taught in a myriad of languages. How does one, such as myself, get started within a contracting-site for programmers?

Honestly, I'm not terribly interested in the prospect, but I figure that I ought to at least ask.

You mean like elance.com or somin? Start there, but you may find that the competition is too stiff and move somewhere else.

I've found that many people are more interested in experience than a degree. Show a portfolio and you should be good.
