Just wanted views of everyone. From your experience do let the forum know which according to you is best wordpress Adsense template which gives you good results. I am currently experimenting with many of them. Your views will be appreciated. It would help many people too.

Honestly, I don't know, as I haven't experimented much with them. I do have some thoughts on the idea of a best template, which is that there is no long term best. For one thing, part of what makes a good ad layout depends on how your theme is designed. Another factor is what kind of visitors you attract. There is also ad blindness to think about. That is to say, if you see enough ads in a certain layout, you stop paying attention to them because you learn to ignore them. So, if too many people use the current "best layout," then eventually it won't be the best because it will no longer be effective. As such, it may be better to find your own that works for your site. Edit: I have had some pretty decent luck with the layout I've been using on Gaming My Way for the number of visitors I get. Still haven't broke my first payout, but I'm getting there. In my opinion, dont focus to much on making your blog for adsense. People know when they are being sold. Instead focus on delivering valuable content to people THEN they will look all over for your ads! Other than that the general feeling seems to be that one 300x250 ad block under the title is the best.

I agree. It's definitely not made a penny for me. I disabled it from my main blog and intend to just leave it out for all... I don't like the idea of drawing people to my blog and irritating them with Adsense visuals. Just doesn't fit with the spirit of what I'm about. But that's just me. I will say, I've never clicked on an Adsense on anyone else's site. How many people really do, I wonder? |

However...there are plenty of people who don't really research, who are yet rather unsophisticated about what's on the Net. Mebbe Adsense is for that segment of the populace... | |
