 Terms of Service. Who writes this? I am about to launch a community site and I have yet to make my "Terms of Service", that is, the Privacy policy and Disclaimer. I have not found any service that does this, I am willing to pay XX $. In the couple of popular freelance sites I have researched this does seem to be a service offered either. Does anyone know a good way to go about it? Thanks      |

| That sounds like something you'd consult a lawyer about, preferably one who specializes in web-based businesses.

| I'm surprised there weren't more responses, but you should definitely try some web searches. I'd be very surprised if there weren't many available online services to help you in such a matter. You might also seek out a web forum devoted to online entrepreneurs/web site creation, etc. I certainly wish you the best of luck.
