Hey guys! I'm curious if we have any direct marketers here. I want to send an emotional campaign in my state regarding mortgages, and I was wondering where you all think I should start learning? I know it's not the easiest thing to do, nor the hardest, but I'd love to learn asap. I'm willing to study my rear off because I know how potentially groundbreaking direct marketing can be for a personal sales business if done correctly. In my business, a 1% response rate would mean a lot of money in my pocket. Please help me to speed my learning curve and to make my first campaign at least a glimpse of success. Dave |

Dave, I wish I could help you. Of course, the ol' Google search is probably the first place I'd try, and I'm sure you're already way ahead of me. But mainly, I just wanted to say good luck and let us know how you fare, man. -grant

Hi, My previous job involved direct marketing and I may be able to pass on a few tips and techniques, but I really need to know more about your business, what you are hoping to achieve and what medium you are planning to use to market. If you dont want to discuss that on an open forum, feel free to PM me. |
