Has anybody here tried the auction-style advertising system Project Wonderful? So far it's making me about three times the money that Google AdSense was (which was, admittedly, not a lot), and I've replaced a lot of AdSense blocks with Project Wonderful ad boxes. Also, I've increased the traffic to my sites by a significant amount by placing bids on the adverts that are still at $0.00 - which means I pay nothing! You can see it in action at projectwonderful.com, and I've created an unofficial blog/forum at projectwonderfultalk.com, where you can stay updated on the latest news and share strategies and tips. Hope to see some of you lot sign up! |

@ Debra: I got an activation invite within a couple of days, but the guy who co-runs the site "sort of" knows me (see the Dinosaur Comics Arcade Game at JAMMAForever.com). Usually one gets an invite within a week, from what I've heard. @ DmitryDavydov: Fair comment. This is more of an advertising system for small publishers right now (and is certainly doing miles better than AdSense for the webcomics industry), but it'll be interesting to see where it goes and how well it takes off. |

Thought I'd post this here rather than starting a new thread... One of Project Wonderful Talk's members has posted a pretty good analysis of comparative prices for advertisers - Project Wonderful versus other advertising forms. I post it here in the hope that it will be useful. |
