Hi guys, Just after a bit of advice about a print reseller business. I'm currently doing the odd order here and there for flyers and posters and am thinking about putting some more effort into it and turning it into a proper business. I have a few questions though, which hopefully you can help with. It would just be me running the business so on advertisements should I put a contact number and if so, won't it be strange that they'll be talking to one person all the time? I don't want to put customers off ordering by them thinking it's just one guy reselling from his house. On the other hand, do people mind? As long as they get their goods. What if say a customer wanted to see the premises, would it be best to tell them I am a reseller? Just not sure how to approach that kind of thing so any help would be great. Thank you |
