When looking for people who have become wealthy, I generally look for people that began with nothing. I myself have more than nothing, but I find it fascinating how someone conquered the odds. One day in the library I decided to get the biography of Andrew Carnegie, and out of all the "get rich" books, I found Farrah Gray's Reallionaire. Fascinating tale, but what really attracted my attention was the fact that he came from a poor family in the worst neighborhood imagineable, and somehow made his first million by 14, and continued making money without losing his integrity. I suggest everyone check him out: The Official Farrah Gray Website |

This is a great story. I saw him a while back on The Big Idea on CNBC. Personally I feel everything about how to succeed has already been written. Yet I wonder how many people reading these books and following these principles actually make it. I bet the percentage is extremely small, considering how many of these self-help books become best sellers. |
