I am hoping it's a simple question and I haven't missed an FAQ somewhere that answers it. I am currently seeking investors for a business project. Am I allowed to provide information and ask if anyone is interested or not? (non mlm or affiliate marketing). Thanks in advance. |

Hmm.. I would say not. It is probably more appropriate to talk about the type of investments you are into, how it is done and how that type of investment may value potential investors. At the end of your writeup, you could shortly state that these are the types of investments you are into and people can look at your business website for more information. Use good judgment in how commercial you make it. The point of this website is to discuss and share business ideas and financial concepts, not to solicit personal advertising or make cash calls. Hope that answers your question. |
