Default Let's buy some stocks now... any recommendations?

We can see the stock market is tanking. I don't even believe that the market is at bottom however, right now may be the perfect time to start looking and sifting through the carnage for some jewels.

In this thread lets discuss some companies that may be good long term investments. Certainly while the market is down its the time to buy if you select the right companies.

Hopefully this thread won't turn into whether or not one should invest or get derailed.

I think bullion is more of a surefire thing than mining stocks or undervalued financial stocks. Honestly I think you should stay out of financial stocks they probably won't recover until 2016. I believe more in bullion then stocks, if your hell bent on going with stocks then your best bet is warrants in mining companies in production. Warrants are more of a long term safe play then just buying the stock outright due to short term corrections or using other types of stock options. Make sure you take physical delivery of your shares as Jim Sinclair recommends due to broker default possibilities. That guy probably knows his stuff since he helped the hunt brothers liquidate their position in the 1980's. I believe more in the bullion, because I can calculate my minimum price exit target based on the 1980's high adjusted for inflation. At least this time it is much much much worse then 1980, and I know my price target is going to be hit eventually I don't mind selling early too and taking profits with my minimum price exit target. Whereas with stocks it is much more difficult to do that. With exploration companies for example only 1 in 10 actually go into production and investors just end up with a company with a giant hole in the ground most of the time. I am just going to use 0 apr credit cards that last 1 year and use it as an interest free loan to buy up as much bullion as I can. It's pretty funny too these companies that made nothing of value making money out of thin air and profiting off the sweat of hard working people. Are now giving me digital ones and zeros to buy up precious metals when they are on the verge of bankruptcy. I'm going to go all out and bet the farm this is a once in a lifetime imbalance that I want to make money off of. You might want to start stockpiling some food too a couple of months worth just to be safe. This time it is a lot worse than the 1930's or 1980's in many analysts opionions. Thanks for the $4500 0% apr credit card chase !
