 |  Patents- please explain?
These biodegradable dishes are a great idea. They are also patent-pending, though the idea originally came from seeing vendors in India who create these plates. It's a good idea to bring them to a larger market, but why would a patent be issued for this idea? Don't patents apply to original or innovative ideas? How would a patent apply to a mass-manufacture of an already existing idea? |
