You might be able to use 2checkout or worldpay. Generally you need a merchant account to do this.

Orange. I wonder why all the hassle for just 5 pounds? You can earn more by placing Google Ads.

What kind of businesses do you see using this, and how large are they? If you were running that type of business would you do something that's "only" worth £5 or would you focus your attention on bigger things?

Well just any business that is in my area that has a service they want to promote on my site. I will charge more for better ads like with pics and things.

You probably won't get businesses coming to you and buying ads whose results they don't know. People like to pay for clicks or even per transaction.
You would probably have to do the selling yourself with means going to the businesses and talking them into your product.
The deal could be £60 for a year on your website.
There is no reason to automate the buying process. You could just let them transfer the money into your normal bank account.

I am not very positive that, even if the approach works, the results are proportional to efforts.

However, I'll follow your progress. So keep posting updates/results.

Wish you good luck
