Default How to make your writing stand out

I stumbled across this post and I think it's really excellent. A lot of 'writing tips' articles rehash the same old points but I think this one raises some really fresh, interesting ones.

Great link.

I recommend reading "Politics and the English Language" by George Orwell, if you want engaging writing that stands out. It is an old essay but it covers many pitfalls writers still make.
