What are some easy ways to make money over the internet? There's a lot of scams out there, and it's hard finding something that'll actually bring in money.

There are no easy ways to make money on the internet. Making money online, just like making momey offline, requires you to put plenty of effort in, at least in the initial stages. Building an online business (or money making machine) requires you to lay the same kind of groundwork as any other venture.

QFT. To want quick money says to me that you want a quick fix. You want what you want without effort and you want it now.

Good luck with that. Who knows, if you put enough "effort" into finding such a thing maybe you'll find one .

Spend 5-10 years creating a reputation for expertise in a specific area. Then any time you want you should be able to put together something new, sell it, and make quick money.

Squidoo.com affiliate reviews, E-how.com writer, craigslist.org tech jobs, Ebay selling interesting things around the house would be more short-term. If you are lacking funding for your long term I'd look into Small Business Funding or lending.

For most people, adsense provides a trickle of income but is rarely the basis of solid profits.

One of the easiest ways of making money on the internet is to set yourself up as an affiliate. But it doesn't mean to say that you sign up with every single affiliate program and then spam everyone!

The best affiliate programs are the ones that give you good promotional material, not just banner ads, but brandable eBooks and reports for example where you imbed your affiliate link inside and ones that give you specific step-by-step instructions on how to promote.

There is an easy way to make money: Illegal activities.
The problem with it is that criminals always put high risk tasks and the apparent high price will not pay the lawyer or time in prison or even the stress of being caught.

I have seen who have surrendered themselves to "easy money" that was not so easy. I have seen people to go to jail for frauds. In the end, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

So unless you plan to die tomorrow, quick money is not recommended.

On the point about easy vs. hard, that's kind of subjective, isn't it?

For me, sitting at a desk and doing just about anything on a computer is not hard. This job I have where I stand for ten hours and do various forms of physical labor is hard. For some people, it's the other way around.

In my quest with Rosie for ways to make (more) money on-line, I wrote up a quick little thing on e-how, but honestly, I'm not sure how people make much money on there or how it even works. I can't find my article using their search, yet it showed 33 views as of this morning and still shows 33 views, though at least four people I know of have looked at it since then.
