 |  About "not satisfied? Money back, no questions asked"
Is this fraud when in commercial they say that if you are not satisfied, they'll give you a full refund no questions asked? I see this done by Brian Kim. Also can you sue them if they refuse? |

Yes, it's fraudulent to make claims that you don't honor. You could sue them, but more effective would be to ask your credit card company to do a charge-back, and post your experience in a public forum to warn others. p.s... be sure to read the fine print! |
