Default Technorait Authority

How do I increase the Technorati "authority" of my blog or otherwise drive traffic to my blog from Technorati?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't really think that technorati matters.

You can increase the authority by getting more blogs link to you. But as Brutha said, Technorati does not matter

Thanks for the feedback. Are there any directories that do matter? Other than the search engines of course.

It would be nice to start a thread titled "Where do you get your traffic?"

The authority is just a number showing how many other technorati blogs link to yours in the last 6 months. So, get more link to you and your authority increases - it's that simple.
