Default network marketing not workin for me

hi
im working at herbalife, a network markenting enterprise, as distribuitor since 3 months now, not sure if this kind of business fits for me.
I have my values very defined and i wont sell a produt that doesnt do what it says to do, and I wont invite someone that i care to a bussines that its root is to get the most amount of people to sell the product and make them buy the biggest amount of produt at once without caring if the person is going to sell it.
I quite stoped selling because noone else that i know want to be weight evaluated and doesnt trust so mch in the company because none of the people that i sold the stuff had have a significant result
but the thing is that I really need the money and this may seem like a great oportunity to generate income, a friend of mine says he is earning 2000 USD per month and he is 20 y/o, like me.
any advise?

If the person making the money is your friend, why not ask him how he is doing it? Maybe ask if you can go along on one of his sales to get first hand experience.

This kind of selling can be very hard for some people, others love it and do well.

It boils down to - do you believe in the product? Really, do you think it has worth? That will come across in your sales promo. If you don't think it is something you should sell, then perhaps it's best to find something else.

If you like the product, then learn and actively promote it. Do you use the product? Would you use the product? You have to go out and find clients and ask each client to refer two or three friends. Follow up with your clients. Are they following the products reccomendations? As for what the product is not doing for them, what results have they gotten? you said it wasn't significant, are they expecting too much? What results can you capitalize on? Use those.

Mati,
I know exactly how you feel. For years, I was taught to do things that didn't fit my personality. I was so uncomfortable, I had a tought time doing what I was taught. Even when I did them, they almost never worked. I wrote a blog about this a couple of months ago. It's at:
Steve DeVane: MLM - it's a relationship business
Stick with it. The network marketing profession can be a strong personal development vehicle. I know it's been that way for me.
Best wishes for success.

Are you using the products yourself?

Are you using the products properly?

Are your customers using the products properly?

Are you doing follow up?

If you don't have a good product result then you will never be succesfull in Herbalife, at a recent training a guy from corperate gave us a statistic that 90% of the people who quit the business did not use the products. For me, the products work and from telling my personal experience with the products and the experience of my family members (mom, dad, two brothers and my 95 year old grandma all using the products) getting people to take on this service becomes relatively easy.
I will use these products untill the day I die...

You need to become more dedicated to using the products yourself only then any doubts about the strength of them will be gone by the wind.

hi
thanks for the posts tayrak, yep I know this stuff, and I trythem, but the problem is other.
maybe freelancer has some right, maybe as I havent use it so well, maybe I havent seen a great result, but poeple I have sold it eather.
and steve Im reading your book, so far if found it very good, honest and with quality information, I was sick of the same mlm stuff , when I finish reading I will talk to you.
my probem is that no one that I know that would possibly buy the product want to be evaluate an so, i cant sellthem the products, I kind of feel that I dont know so many people that I can sell them the products.
i HAVE another problem. my very close friend the one that took me to this job has realyy changed, now he is like always acting, always speaking to me like saying things that their superior tells them to tell to his downlines, hes so fake to me now, but he is still a grat guy he is a role model for me.

To be a good salesman, you either need to have absolute faith in the product you are selling or you need to be a really good liar. The latter folk are what give sales reps a bad reputation...
