Hey everyone!

I'm looking for some internet marketing resources. Mostly free ones. I want to learn how to drive traffic to my website and how to market my website. I have a blog and I have a section for a small application that I wrote. Luckly lifehacker.org found it useful and listed it on their site and I get 75+ hits/day on that single webpage.

I'm looking for ways to get more traffic to my blog. I get 0 traffic to my blog. I tried submitted my articles to Digg, but doesn't generate much traffic. My blog doesn't have life saving information, just my findings, but I want more people to read it. I'm sure some people will find it interesting.

LOL I agree.

But seriously, you've got to believe in your blog's purpose, know who your target audience is, and write for them.

Thanks guys. ProBlogger seems good. I'll have to read up on it. The past two days I was submitting my software to some websites and I've doubled my traffic. My blog doesn't currently have a niche, so I'm going to have to decide what I want to make my blog about.

It's been a long time since I've posted on these boards but I'd like to offer a suggestion. You could add a link for your site/blog in your signature for these boards and any others that you visit (if they don't have any rules against it). I don't know about other folks but I for one find my self clicking on links in peoples sigs. every so often. it may not draw a whole lot of traffic but it always gives you an extra door to open.
