If you sell a website or business, the buyer can do anything they want with that site, including their own content and advertising decisions. You can specify anything you want in a contract, but only a nincompoop would agree to bind themselves to a specific advertising strategy forever. A buyer might sign an agreement like that just to get rid of you, knowing that there's no way to enforce it. Why would you want to hold them to such an agreement anyway? |

Your forum carries the name 'VetTech Jess Forum" . If, for example, I purchased the forum I would be buying "VetTech Jess Forum" which is one hiccup away from VetTech Jess.com. And if I decided it would be a great draw for porn....you get the rest. I think you might be mangling your main vet site here. You might want to give it a lot of thought before you sell it. Tayrak |
