| I'm looking to develop a network of about 15-20 people that are willing to spend a few minutes per week helping each pother out Stumbling and Digging each others Blogs. When somebody needs a Blog Stumbled or Dug (no more than one per week to keep it simple) they simply e-mail everybody else with the permalink to that particular post and that's it. It then takes about 2 minutes for us to Stumble it and the jobs done. If anybody reads the Blog and doesn't think it's up to the mark, then they don't Stumble it and they also tell the person involved why. Hopefully, that'll be a rare event. The Blogs have to add value to the outside world and not simply be a hard sell for your services. If it's the latter they will not spread virally and will ended up getting buried by people that think we're exploiting the system. This is not exploitation when we have something good to offer people. I see lots of so-so Blogs getting good traffic and some great Blogs getting little traffic. The reason? Simply that the Bloggers of the good posts don't know how to get their message 'out there' I have thought long and hard on this to ensure I am being ethical, and if anybody thinks otherwise I'd welcome feedback. E-mail me through my website if you're interested. Don't PM me, I frequently don't notice messages for days on end. Cheers Tim |

| Requesting things like "Stumbles" and "Diggs" are against those communities' TOS. Your sites could even get banned from those places. If you don't believe me, even the large Digital Point forum got banned from SU, for offering those types of services.

| Actually, that was more directed towards anyone who came across this thread in general

| Definitely a good idea to help build each other's traffic. Too bad it is against the Terms Of Service agreement. Best wishes, Andrew |
