| Interesting. Part of the problem here in Vegas is that a couple of years ago we had this big investor boom, with investors buying up a ton of properties and now they can't flip them. Thankfully we won't have a problem with foreclosure, but I'm surprised to see so many in our old area. We are lowering the asking price on our old home to $299,000, down from $320K. Hopefully with interest rates dropping there will be some renewed interest from people looking.
