Default Anyone with Service Type Agencies?

I am thinking about starting a service where I train, insure and bond employees to go work in other people's home doing a certain service. (nothing kinky, lol.. and all legal!!) I don't want to say too much because currently there isn't anything like it here. So, I have to be vague.

I am wondering if anyone else has done this. There will be a great need for this, and those who need this service will want those from my agency because of all the legalities that go with it.

So, what do I need to know?

I am already talking to Insurance Agents and getting quotes, etc...
I am going to form an LLC (or possibly a partnership with someone else, I don't know yet).

I know there is a lot of risk, but this is a form of passive income, right? I mean... they go to work and I get a cut of what they make. Will I find employees willing to do this? Why would anyone want to work like that?? I sure wouldn't. But, I assume there will be people needing jobs, right?

And, it's not just about me making easy money. It is a very much needed service and I feel good providing it!

Thanks for any input and again, sorry for being vague.

I have no clue what you are trying to do with your business. If you need to keep the plans secret from internet access I suggest you find someone you trust who could advise you and share more details with that person.
