Hello friends. I`ve found online marketplace allows anyone from any country to respond to the creative briefs of different wellknown companies and be paid professional fees for their ideas. Does anybody know about such freelance business? Is it really paid? |

| Instead of getting company to pay you for your ideas, why don't you get the world to pay you. It means instead of working or making money from the company, why don't you realize your ideas into a business and get customers who pay you monthly over years? I have many business ideas too. But I realize it one by one (although there are still alot in my mind). I find business partners who do that too. |

So i began to look for opportunities to make money over my agency work. I`ve found a few internet marketplaces such as elance.com, guru.com, bootb.com. Did anybody know about them? Is the work really always paid? | |

I've used rentacoder and guru. Guru.com has a far higher quality of employers and it's easier to get good rates but then I do regularly see projects that make me laugh and move on... maybe I can just afford to ignore the bad ones more now.

At least Elance is legit. Haven't used the others so can't comment. Yes you'll get paid. You need to be a bit careful though - some of the prices quoted for work is just laughable - they are so low that they would only make sense for a student with an IQ of 180 living at home with his parents in Siberia. |

I actually pay a small subscription fee for guru.com - the good thing is that it's optional. You just get a larger number of bids to use when you pay the fee and reduce the % fee on each project. I started out using a free account, but after I got a few projects and saw the quality of buyers on the site I knew it would be worth the cost to pay up front.
