| I had an epiphany the other day about where I would locate my machines when I get them....and I was thinking in places where captive audiences are....specifically high salary/hourly paying captive audiences are...anyone with experiences in that area in which you did that? what were your profits per month per machine?? Just to clarify....what I think of as highly paid captive audiences would be places such as: Hospitals. NOT JUST ANYWHERE!! gotta target another audience---THE HOSPITAL STAFF!!! GOLDMINE locations may include: Nurses Stations (theres usually one or more per hallway in some hospitals...and with hospitals atleast having 3 floors, you do the math...theyre operated 24 hours a day by nurses amd doctors whose salary ranges make them well off.....) for those of you who think it may be against the rules to put them in these locations: I have seen vending machines in the waiting rooms of the ER...so why not nurses stations and the like...? (I know you have at one point in time seen a nurse eating or drinking at her station...regardless of whether or not it was allowed....) doctors and nurses are there 24/7/365 and they hafta get the munchies occasionally--if not all the time! doctors suites... If you have ever been to a hospital--youll notice some hospitals have areas where doctors offices rent space for their specialty. I know this because my neurologist is in a hospital--in her own suite--where she rents and controls everything that goes on in the place she rents--INCLUDING THE DECOR! I was thinking of placing my 1800 vending triple vend machines (one per office, and nurses station, etc..) in places such as those. You know those staff members of the doctors offices are usually stuck there all but maybe an hour a day--(maybe not even an hour!) the best part about it is given the locations of the nurses stations and the doctors suites(in the middle of nowhere, usually extremely far from the nearest breakroom or cafeteria, depending on location...), it makes it somewhat difficult for the staff members there to break away for lunch, snack, etc...being busy all the time.....makes the bulk vending machine more appealing if you get my drift.... here is how I got to my epiphany.... Theres another vending machine company out there called gold star vending... their website is Gold Star Vending ...they have a vending machine that sits on the table of the customers being in constant view of the customers the entire mealtime...saying that what would be better--to have a vending machine seen for only a few seconds as a customer walks by, or have it in front of them the entire time theyre eating....well the average eating time is about 30 minutes (im guessing here, so please cut me some slack ...) with that in mind and the fact the average hospital doctors suite is open 8+ hours, with the nurses stations being open 24/7/365....I ask another question..... ***"what is better: having your machine seen for only 30 minutes(as in gold star vending), having your machine seen for only a few seconds as the customer walks by (as in the typical vending machine scenario in a restaurant lobby or what have you) or having your machine be seen by hungry stuck at their places hospital staff members for a minimum of 8 hours a day, with 24 hours per day if its a nurses station.....?"*** no wonder most profits for bulk vending suck with a measly $30 per month per machine....with the machine only seen for a few seconds as the customer walks by, I am surprised its that much...(now it may be more or less depending on location...but this guess of $30 per machine is just for the sake of argument.. .....) it just makes me wonder: what would your profit margins be per month if you had your machine in these locations with this much of a well paid captive audience?? ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON THIS OR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THESE LOCATIONS?!?!
