im not sure if i should well i was all go for it and my brother has been saying not to do it. it would cost £3k to be taught and mentored how to do property deals for income and then invest in property for the long term how do i decide if i should do it or not? |

Yes, I would never pass up the opportunity to be mentored. However, the mentoring you want costs 3 grand? This does raise some flags. Where is the money going towards the investment, to the mentor etc? If you have to pay for advice then this seems more like a consultant than mentor. Need more details about the potential relationship. |
