Thumbs up Business & Financial Software

What is the best Business & Financial Software that you have used?

Challenge: I'm looking for a little structure in this thread so that other people can easily find what they are looking for. So when you're making recommendations, please include:

1) The name of the software and LINK it
2) The license (Completely free, free with limitations, shareware, trial, commercial etc.) - Please include the cost of the software if applicable
3) Small description - what it does, why you like it, how you use it, how long you have used it, how others could use it, etc.

Example:
----------
Rainlendar - (alternate download link for beta pro)
Freeware (lite), Commercial (pro) - 15 Euros
This nice application adds a transparent calendar to your desktop. It's easy to customize and see what you're doing in the months ahead. I use the lite version although I'm considering buying the pro because of outlook support which I imagine is very nice.
