Somewhat relevant to what you are looking for: one red paperclip Read up on this guys background, I think it took him 3 months: The Million Dollar Homepage - Own a piece of internet history! I'm not saying this can't be done but you need to catch lighting in a bottle in order to make a million in one month starting from zero. Do you think you should be starting with a smaller number to start from? For example try and make $100, selling product one month, $500 the next and so on? There is a difference b/w setting a goal and setting yourself up for failure. |

That's a difficult goal you have there. Unless you're an "1337 advanced manifester" like those who can manifest a ferrari in their garage just by thinking about it, you're going to have a hard time making it in 1 month. I suggest you take the advice from Dwane J. and go by steps. If you perservere and focus, always believing you will get it, for long enough, you'll make it. Remember that a 1000-step journey starts with the first step. Last edited by Sam988; 09-28-2007 at 07:54 PM.

You can use the magic formula. Forget everything you know about economics and business and just use this formula. It’s short, It’s easy, and It’s the best strategy ever. [Most Benefits] x [Most People] x [Least Amount of Time] x [Least Cost to You] = Infinite Riches! That’s it. Think about how you can deliver: 1. The most benefits to the 2. Most people in the 3. Least amount of time at the 4. Least cost to you and wealth will follow |

If your purpose is to set yourself an incredibly difficult challange, that's okay. But if the money itself is your main incentive, I suggest you slow down a little. Going from zero to $1M in a year is much much easier than doing so in 30 days. It has been done before, and you'll have the experience of others to learn from. So your chances of success will be much greater.

Ocard11, you’re not alone. Doubling is both practical and possible. One month to $1million is quite ambitious, however, my best to you. Many of my friends told me it was impossible in the beginning. I think maybe it’s just that some people are equipped to buy and sell and others prefer just to be the buyers of life. A doubling chart is a great tool for tracking your progress. I have been using a doubling chart for a few years now. It’s not only profitable but fun. As I advance to each step, I try to celebrate in some small way. I wish you the very best in your endeavor and would love to hear from you. |

Here's another handy formula if you get a fixed return percentage on your money. 72 / ROI = years it takes to double your money. So let's say your ROI is 12%. That means: 72 / 12 = 6 years until you double your money. Of course that trick only works if you don't add extra money from another income source during those years |

I love this quote, "It's always fun to do the impossible because there's less competition." -Walt Disney I also like the equation Most Benefits x Most People x Least Amount of Time x Least Cost to you = Infinite Riches I have not made a million in one month I am still on the goal of $41,000 in one month and have not made $100.00 on that. As far as "the Million Dollar homepage owning a piece of internet history. I joined that at least four months ago and have not made a million yet. So there you have it, when you do accomplish this goal let everyone know. Infodocktor |

Very interested in the responses to this thread. While not impossible, I think the key points have been made. You need to have something people want, need, and is either better than the competition, or niche. And, it has to most likely be something you can create yourself, or market for someone else. Good luck, and keep us updated! |

Hello, On a similar note about advice on making $1 million in a month. I would like to know what is the minimum a blogger can make online in a month truthfully? Also what are the tools that a blogger would use to make a minimum income monthly online? If your answer is going to be affiliate marketing then what affiliates will generate an income? Also has anyone ever submitted a quote to Reader's Digest? If so how long did it take them to send a check or rejection? webwhiting ChipIn: DWEntrepreneurs |
