Default Stock picking with Validea.com

Does anyone have experience investing in stocks by using a service/strategy such as Validea.com (or something similar)?

I've read countless books and websites trying to find a good investing "system" I can use, but nothing really looks good. Validea is about the closest thing I've found that has a proven long term track record.

The only downside is that is requires you to purchase either 10 or 20 stocks at a time depending on which portfolio you track. Then, you just buy or sell what they tell you during each re-balancing period.

It seems pretty solid, and has a good track record, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has used them and what the experience has been.

I read Joel Greenblatt's book "The Little Book That Beats the Market" but I've never tried investing with his system. You can see what stocks are recommended by the "magic formula" at his web site:
