This is how I see synchronicity and consciousness.
A synchronicity is small sign(s) that reflects your creative power is starting to manifest your intention into physical reality. If you're consistently observation the change you wish to see in your life, then the whole thing starts to shift until it outputs the change into physical reality.
If you stop observing the change, then the shifting or manifesting will stop.
You'll get more and more synchronicities as your power of observation increases. Synchronicities are actually happening all the time, but we deny them because they usually reflect something we're manifesting that we say we don't want.
I don't believe there is a collective consciousness. This seems to come from the idea that because everyone is their own seperate individual, then everyone has a piece of consciousness that works together with all the other pieces that everyone else has.
There is only one consciounsess and it's not shared. People aren't conscious, only consciousness is conscious. This is challenging to grasp, because it means that consciousness isn't human and therefore, your true identity is consciousness and not your human bean.
Your human bean is just like everything else in your awareness, but you have direct control over it and through LoA (CM) you control everything else in awareness too.
It's not bad or wrong to consider everyone has or is conscious, whatever empowers you is always good, but in the manifesting dept, if we identify with consciousness as being singular and only in present moment awarenss, then we never have to work other people into our intentions, we don't have to attract a part of consciousness that someone else has to aid in manifestation.
All we have to do is realise that we give oursleves everything we desire. We're working on and with ourself, rather than working other people. This of course is from a consciousness POV, not a human bean ego POV.
