Thank you for the kind thoughts and suggestions. I called him up, exaggerated the problem just a touch, and my landlord said he'd call and get the bug peeps in ASAP on Monday. One strong motivating factor I hadn't thought of is that his business is downstairs - and nothing motivates like the thought of unhappy patients seeing roaches, I think.
