Where in Massachusetts are you hunting for properties? I would also like to add some investment property to my investment portfolio. I live in Boston and every listing I see is _way_ too expensive for the rent to cover the mortgage, which I assumed should be a requirement when buying rental property.
Am I being unrealistic to expect the rent to cover the mortgage or am I looking the wrong neighborhoods?
