I’ve had a bit of a delay starting the experiment. Unfortunately a gorgeous little dog that I was looking after became very sick and passed away so my mind hasn’t exactly been on my intentions. I actually did some mind sessions to heal her but she was a very old dog and I guess it was just her time.

But I’m back into it now and I’m officially starting the experiment today!! I’ll do some meditation/visualisation tonight before I go to bed and either listen to NAP or just affirm as I’m falling asleep.

I’ve decided to implement a few other exercises into my two month experiment to help keep focussed on my intentions. One thing that I’ve already been doing is keeping a “future” Journal. Every night I write down how I wanted the day to go but I’ve been writing it in the present tense, as though it actually happened. I have also copied one of my bank statements and changed it to the amount of money that I want to see in my account and I’ve been visualising that amount of money in my account before I use the atm. I find these exercises help to keep my attention on what I want
