I agree Hostgator hands down is the best. I have had great interactions with their customer support ( never got a cookie cutter answer from them myself) if anything one guy spent a few hours on the phone with me straightening out the reseller account the guy I work with setup ( incorrectly ).
One thing I am curious about is the back links builder tool they offer, I have not yet gone in an kicked the tires on it (checked it out) but am wondering if anyone has tried it out, and would you say it is worth working with?
