Sure , but I think It also really depends on the food groups that are in. For instance, eating a bunch of raw rice ( well u cant eat raw rice anyway) , raw vegetable and raw fruit will simply get you no where as proven in a few major studies. I personally believe the "raw" food group has to be the one that contains super high amount of undamaged natural fats ( especially essential unsaturated fats found in organic raw nuts/seeds), essential protein, essential chelated minerals and other essential nutrients.

The French paradox may not be a paradox at all, it's simply a huge misunderstanding of fats ( no it's not the wine ).
