Potential Biphasic Sleeper
I would like to start using a Biphasic cycle for numerous reasons. Two being, I like staying up late but am required to wake up early. Another being I feel that Im wasting a lot of time sleeping 8+ hours a day. I've read that Caffeine may effect your results, so things like soda, coffee, or energy drinks would have to be eliminated?
My question is, is there anything I should know to begin sleeping this way? Any suggestions for starting?
