Thanks for the support guys. Well ive had this week off and manage to get some ideas and thoughts on the go. Ive re-read some of the articles on this site and its rekindled my goals/ambitions etc. Gave me some insight..
Basically the underlying factor in my life is social anxiety and some insecurity. Plus a few of the other problems like tiredness, scatty mind etc.
What im having difficulty in placing is the root of this problem.
50% of the time i get chronically tired, no matter what im doing, i lose energy, even in activities im very well engaged in. Im beleiving its the physical that is the problem here? As i already mentioned i have ibs/acne etc. No there not the worse conditions, but there symtoms of something right?
But on the other hand, there is also the suggestive subject of procrastinating, unmotivated or the like that makes one also feel tired?
What makes me think it could be physical is that after a good day, i can wake up the next feeling all worn down, stuffy nose, red eyes, and very bad brain fog..
Heres my diet, this is where ill properly answer my own questions lol
Breakfast, 1-2 servings of fruit, glass of water, sometimes herbal tea,
mid morning snack, - either peanuts, crossant, almonds, maybe if ive had time some rice, with mackeral and sweetcorn
Lunch will be brown rice, chicken, or mackeral with pepper
Tea, Boiled veg - either brocoli, spinach, kelp, with again, brown rice, sweet potatoe with chicken or mackeral.
evening snack, a serving of fruit or the same as what i have had at tea time.
I drink well through the day, 2 litres on average, i also supplement a gram of fishoil, i take spoonful of olive oil, zinc, and digestive enzymes.
My cooking skills are limited, the diet is basic i guess, but i stay almost acne free when i follow this. Any suggestions about this?
