Check Steve pavlinas blog, there is a good article on how to overcome this, its about training yourself to jump out of bed without even thinking, thats what you must achieve, and you do this by practice, do as if you where sleeping, lay in bed, get very relaxed as if you where sleeping, and then do as if the alarm started to sound, and inmediatelly get up, do this 20 times per day in a row, its excersize, just like physical excersize, but this time is mental training, well, check the article on Steves blog, he explains it better, good luck!.
