I've asked myself and been asked by others the same question many times. Sometimes my intuition is so clear (as Old Soul said 'it screams at me') and other times it's more subtle. I've found that observing it, checking it, and sensing where it's located in my body has helped identify it more readily. I can feel my fear in lower body, put my hand on it and ask for clarity on the source of it. I feel my intuition in my lower to upper chest area or it talks to me from outside my thoughts.

I've found over the years that being able to trust my intuition has freed my from worrying. For instance my oldest daughter lives overseas and I don't worry about her at all because I know that if there is anything to be concerned about my intuitive part will quickly let me know. Understanding and trusting my intuition has given me a deep sense of peace in my life.
