Before you go to sleep, say to yourself: "insert your name", tomorrow morning i'm going to wake up at "insert time".

Say this like 5 to 10 times while you are allready in bed. and whenever the thought of not going to hear the alarm, or not going to wake up on time enters your mind. Say again. Tomorrow moring i'm going to wake up at "insert time"


You can give it a try. It worked for me.

You can even add:
Tomorrow moring i'm going to wake up at "insert time", and feel completely awake, amazingly good, and super productive(or something what you want to be in the morning)
