In my opinion, since you have so many things to worry about, you should focus on one thing.

Steve Pavlina suggests to "Start with the physical". I think it's a great idea, because you can actually see what's being accomplished and in general you'll have more energy to accomplish other goals. You don't seem to be overweight, but if you're constantly tired, are you perhaps not exercising well/enough? Why did you choose the diet you're currently on (lots of protein...)? How long have you been on it? Maybe it's time to change...

Don't feel like you have enough willpower to start exercising?
Use this board as your accountability check. Post your goals here. If you fail, try again. We all have to do it a bunch of times. If you keep persisting, you will eventually succeed (provided you are smart about it).

You are young and I am sure what you posted doesn't entirely reflect who you really are.

Please let us know how things are going. You seem overwhelmed, but asking for advice is good, it might clear your mind a bit.
