When reality is simply too cruel to face… it is tempting to seek the haven of peace that the “sweet delirium” aspect of LoA can provide… to come to believe that LoA is the Holy Grail that will eventually solve all problems and make the hurt go away…
At times, even false hope is better than no hope at all… and self-deception can be a temporary oasis while healing and gathering strength… but… sooner or later… a reality check has to be effected…
