I'd say lots of fiber and lots of water should help more than anything. Your body is probably sensitive to the lactose and is probably not used to digesting it anymore after having been without it for so long. If you're going to eat dairy again, I'd suggest doing it slowly and including digestive enzymes, like lactaid, so your body won't react negatively.
